Do you know about agile business analyst certification? As a professional in the IT industry, you need to keep upgrading your skillset to ensure that you stay ahead of the race. It becomes imperative that you enhance your IT skillset with additional courses to keep up with the dynamism of the industry. There are various courses that you can enroll in to ensure your skillset is enhanced and up-to-date with the demands of the current times. One such course is the Scaled Agile Framework or SAFe and more specifically the Leading SAFe course. Encompassing the current Agile developments it is one of the most in-demand courses that can give the kick-start you were looking for in your career growth trajectory.

What is SAFe?

Agile is now the benchmark for software development and project management in the whole IT industry. SAFe or the Scaled Agile Framework is a new-age agile framework that is designed to facilitate the development and enhancement of software in a seamless and structured manner. It encompasses every facet of an IT project to ensure that it progresses in a continuous manner by providing a platform to embed all the requisite agile work into a simple framework that is highly scalable.

This structured framework means that multiple agile teams can work cohesively without disrupting the flow of the work and the output. This can benefit the organization in multiple ways by not just ensuring an easy and unhindered flow of work but also reducing resource loss and amplifying the overall output.

Advantages of SAFe

It is a highly scalable Agile framework that can handle simple to complex development on the same platform. It can accommodate a small to large team of 50 or more members in varied roles without any hitch. Using an SAFe framework can be highly advantageous to an organization due to the systematic structure that it offers to handle large value streams.

With a more schematic approach to the various projects on hand, an organization can enhance its :

  • Productivity
  • Quality
  • Time value
  • Employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Proper resource utilization
  • Increased output with increased revenue

The reason why SAFe is effective is that it can identify and then break down complex tasks into smaller fractions and subfractions which are then allocated to different teams. The progress of the task can be monitored on a unified platform and planned accordingly. This as a framework is not just a great tool to assist the development team but it simplifies the otherwise arduous task of managing the workflow and teams in a more systematic manner. SAFe can bring about a drastic positive change in the functioning of an IT organization and influence its growth trajectory immensely.
